2 months of personalised alignment strategy and internal safety-building, integrating mind, body and spirit.
This is the container I’ve always wanted, as a neuro-spicy creative building from scratch, overwhelmed with ideas, no clear plan, figuring things out along the way.
This is the container that would have supported me at any point in the journey. I’ve built it for myself, and anyone else who resonates with this path.

CREATIVE TEMPLE is a one-on-one container for creatives looking to commit to their vision.
This offering emerged from my one-on-one and group work, where people feel deeply seen and held. This is the space where we get to explore deeper and with more intention over time.

This is not a space for mindlessly increasing productivity, chasing perfection or adhering to societal norms and notions of success. This is a space for your truth to shine through and be witnessed.
In TEMPLE, we engage the soul. You were born with gifts, and you came here for a purpose. Together we sift through the muck to recover your soul’s calling.
Trauma-informed: I facilitate an opportunity for healing while honouring the ways in which your past might be influencing your current state.
CREATIVE TEMPLE is a living structure for building inner safety and radical self-acceptance
Most of us have adopted the belief that it is safer to abandon or de-centre our deepest instinct and soul desires. We are taught to betray the wisdom of our hearts, ignore our intuition, and disregard our soul-deep yearnings in favour of the status quo. Eventually, it can feel dangerous and maybe even impossible to claim our lives as our own.
And you know what? The instability and emotional risk that comes with breaking the status quo and following your dreams - that is real. The belief that fear or resistance is ONLY a mindset issue is not entirely true.
The truth is, your nervous system is wise. It has experienced or witnessed enough to know that living from your authentic truth will require a lot of bravery, and may have consequences. So it tries to protect you. But you are ready for more. And this is where you find yourself. Stuck between knowing your life can be so much more, knowing you have gifts to share with the world, but somehow unable to move in that direction.
Maybe you feel the blocks are internal; maybe you see them as external (finances, wrong relationships, bad job); either way, the dream feels far away, and you are yearning to be closer.
If you’re feeling frustrated or confused, locked in a fight between despair and joy, or are staring at a hurdle that feels too high to jump, it might be because you are expecting yourself to function at a capacity that is not yet properly supported. Before we can move into grander arenas, we need to make sure that we’ve created structures of support that can hold us as we leap from them. And that is where this work, at CREATIVE TEMPLE, comes in.
There is no bypassing, no going around your reality. In my corner, we move into safety and confidence through a process of detailed care.
That doesn’t mean that life immediately becomes a breeze. It means we develop a strong, reliable guidance system to return to. It means we make decisions that honour our truth and reflect self worth.
You are your own compass, and all I can do is help you learn how to use it. It’s simple: there is no single answer, no one truth, no one way of finding success. We are all learning and teaching. We are all exploring the many roads through, and finding wisdom.

These four pillars are the structure that we build from during our journey together. There is no real order to working with these concepts; this is a guideline for living in connection with yourself, creativity, others, and being a part of this world.
This is a process to expand your capacity to receive what you desire and step into self-expression, authenticity and fulfilment.

THE INVESTMENT
It is in alignment with my values to offer this program with a payment plan as well as a financial relief option. If you identify as being part of a minority or historically marginalised group, and/or are experiencing financial hardship that is keeping you from accessing the support you need, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Currently, I can only take one relief client per season. Know that in paying full, you are supporting the ability for me to provide this service to others, and that makes you a benefactor. Your investment in yourself and me is a blessing to us all, and will be returned to you in abundance.

The Relief program is a 50% discount to those who are right on the brink of their dreams, but held back because of financial strain and/or systemic pressures. I can only provide one of these per season, they are first-come-first serve per month, and based on self-advocacy.
Note that this coaching program is compatibility-reliant; that means we only move forward if it is the correct moment in your journey. An introductory call is still required before confirmation of us moving forward into TEMPLE.
